SOLUTION
HippoTea is a new bubble tea shop located in Bendigo, Victoria, Australia. They needed branding and collaterals to start operating in 2021.
We started with customising the logo that the partners liked. The shape of the logo was designed to resemble a hippopotamus face, while still retaining the shape and look of an Erlenmeyer flask (narrow neck and flat bottom). The logo incorporated shades of brown and white, to resemble the colours of milk tea.
The website was designed next with the logo's primary colours in mind. There were no photos available during this branding process and the images were mostly edited using stock images online.
Next, we designed the print and digital menu that is shown on the digital displays in the shop. Korean videos were also downloaded and compiled to induce the K-Pop atmosphere in the cafe itself.
As Bendigo is a small town in Victoria, Australia, rewards cards were printed to reward loyal customers to repurchase from them.

Optimised for Mobile
Majority of the traffic comes from mobile devices. This is especially true when you are running ads and getting traffic from FaceBook. That is why all the websites we design are optimised for mobile.

The Hippo Tea cafe has a few television displays at the counter. Besides ordering from the printed menu, a digital menu was created for one of the television displays to show various food and drinks for the customers queuing in line.
