This heavily customised e-Commerce project was meant to help Sabermach increase their purchase conversions on their website. They were also looking for help to automate certain backend processes in their business.

To improve conversions, a live chat was added to their website to allow immediate visitor interaction. Social proof was also added by allowing visitors to see recent purchases. To improve the customer experience, they have the choice to create an account to view their shipping status, existing purchases as well as send in support tickets.
